We want you to be happy with every purchase. Most unused office accessories in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

  • Writing instruments, notebooks, desk tools, and tech accessories in resalable condition
  • Items with original packaging, seals, and included accessories intact
  • Products that are unused or show only minimal inspection wear

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened ink bottles or consumable refills that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
  • Custom-engraved or personalized products
  • Items marked final sale at time of purchase
  • Products damaged by misuse, modification, or normal wear after extended use

How to Start a Return

  1. Sign in to your account and open My Orders
  2. Select the order and choose Request Refund or contact support
  3. Our team responds within 1 business day with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label (when applicable)

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged.

Exchanges

Need a different nib size, color, or model? Contact us within 30 days. Exchanges ship once we receive your return and verify eligibility. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping when required.

Return Shipping

  • Defective / wrong item: We provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout
  • Free-shipping orders refunded: Original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to our error
